The Advocate for the Applicant states that the parties have agreed to file Consent Terms seeking divorce by mutual consent in Petition No.206 of 2014 filed by the Respondent-husband before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Vasai. The Respondent-husband who is present in Court also confirms that the Consent Terms have been finalized between the parties and the same will be filed before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Vasai on 17.08.2017. In view thereof, the Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant seeks to withdraw the above Miscellaneous Civil Application with liberty to file a fresh Application, if necessary. The above Miscellaneous Civil Application is accordingly disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
