The applicant is challenging order dated 11th January 2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.654 of 2022. The report prayed in prayer clause (b) is subject matter of order of this Court dated 13th September 2022 in a Criminal Writ Petition No.3110 of 2022. This Court in paragraph 7 directed as under:

"7. ...... As far as hard disk is concerned as and when forensic laboratory report is received, the Investigating Officer shall produce hard disk and report before the concerned Court and thereafter, the request for providing hard disk and the report may be granted by the concerned Court. The Court of learned JMFC may proceed with committal of case to the Court of Sessions."

In my opinion, the said direction takes care of relief prayed by the petitioner. There is no need to pass fresh order. 3.

The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
