On 21st August 2023, the following order was passed : "This application has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of the Petition-A No. 162 of 2021 pending before the Family Court at Raigad, Alibaug by the respondent husband against the applicant for a decree of nullity of marriage to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

2.The records as well as the office remarks indicate that the notice was issued in the matter and has also been served on the sole respondent. However, the applicant has not been appearing in the matter for quite some time. The order dated 22nd September, 2022 records the same. The Office Record indicates that the The Office Record indicates that the office objection has also not been removed.

3.As such it appears that the applicant is not serious about prosecuting this application.

4.Accordingly list this matter for dismissal on 4th September, 2023."
