1] None for the applicants. Matter is arising out of matrimonial 1/3

discord. All these 4 applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 468/2018 registered with Oshiwara Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] I am informed that an amount about Rs. 5,00,000/- is already recovered.

3] It is further claimed that learned APP on instructions informs that the investigation in the matter is almost complete and that being so, custodial interrogation of the applicants is not warranted. 4] In that view of the matter, application is allowed with following conditions:

(i) In the event of arrest of applicants in C.R. No. 468/2018 registered with Oshiwara Police Station, they be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicants shall report to the Investigating Offcer of the concerned police station as and when directed.

5] Application stands disposed of.

6] In view of disposal of anticipatory bail application, intervention application also stands disposed of.
