Prayer is made for quashing the First Information Report for offences punishable under Sections 376, 328, 313, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. We found from Exhibit-'A' to the Petition that charge sheet is already filed. In view of the availability of a statutory remedy to the Petitioner, we decline to entertain the Petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
