Mr. B. V. Samant, AGP for Respondent-State.

**** CORAM : DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR AND SANDEEP V. MARNE, JJ.

.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents states that the impugned notifcation dated 31st January, 2020, was for deferring the elections of certain co-operative societies for a period of three months only. It is stated that the said period having expired, the issues raised by the Petitioner in the present petition are rendered academic. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
