By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 230 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 21st November, 2011 passed by the Learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik in L.A.R. No. 237 of 2003 holding that, the respondent/claimant is entitled additional compensation of Rs. 21,800/- in respect of the acquired land.

Considering the submissions made by the learned A.G.P. for the Sajakali Jamadar

12-CAF-201-2015.doc Applicant and averment made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, the following order is passed. : ORDER :

a) Delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned. b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. c) No order as to costs.
