This is an application for deleting the names of original plaintiffs No.1 to 4 who are no more trustees of Parsi Panchayat Funds and Properties and bringing on record new trustees as per paragraph-3 of the application. 3.

Ms.Khadre submitted that on previous occasion none appeared for the respondents as also no reply is filed opposing the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons set out in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Civil Revision Application shall be carried out within 14 days and amended slip shall be made over to other side. Order accordingly.
