Heard Mr. Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State. 2.

At the outset, Mr. Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Charge-sheet is filed before the learned Trial Court on 23rd January 2024.

In view of the above statement, Mr. Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, liberty as prayed is granted and the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as aforesaid.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions are expressly kept open.
