The petitioner has preferred an application for parole which came to be rejected. Hence this petition against the order of rejection of application for parole. If an application for parole is rejected, remedy of appeal to the Home Department is provided.

In this view of the matter, it would be appropriate that the petitioner prefers an appeal to which, Medical Certificate which is at Exhibit "B" to this petition be annexed. If the appeal is preferred within a week from today, the said appeal to be decided within three weeks from the date of filing such appeal.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is relegated to the remedy of appeal, rule is discharged.
