The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the affidavit filed by the State, it has been represented that the order has been passed as such the Petitioner would be required to file an appeal under the provisions of Maharashtra Stamps Act. The learned counsel for the Petitioner as such seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to assail the order before the Appellate Authority. The learned counsel further seeks extension of the protection granted by this Court earlier. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.

Interim protection granted by this Court shall continue for a period of two weeks from today so as to enable the Petitioner to make appropriate application before the Appellate Authority. Needless to state that on lapse 1/2

All contentions of respective parties are kept open. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
