The learned counsel for the parties state that dispute is settled between the parties and they have tendered copy of the terms of settlement as well as the affidavit. The terms of settlement and affidavit are taken on record and marked as 'X' and 'X1'. Possession is already handed over by Petitioners and Petitioners have given consent for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Respondents The learned counsel states that in view of settlement the Petition be disposed of. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of consent terms and the affidavit. Civil application does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
