Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
It is not necessary to issue notice to the other side because the petition stands dismissed in view of conditional order dated 28.9.2015 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) for non-removal of office objections i.e. before issuing notice to the other side.
By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking to restore Writ Petition (ST) No.13040 of 2014 by setting aside the order dated 28.9.2015 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) by which the petitioner stand dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

7 caw421-16 submits that clerk inadvertently failed to remove the office objections within stipulated time. Advocate for applicant submits that applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within two weeks from today.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as applicant is ready and willing to remove all office objections within two weeks from today, following order is passed: a) Order dated 28.9.2015 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) by which Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-removal of office objections is set aside.
b) Writ Petition (ST) No.13040 of 2014 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits. c) Applicant is directed to remove all office objections in Writ Petition within two weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court. d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
