The applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer application for bail before the Special Court under the Protection of children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai. 2.

In view of submission, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
