Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the ApplicantPetitioner. 2.

This Civil Application is preferred seeking extension of time for filing fresh application on the point of territorial jurisdiction before the Trial Court.

As per the order passed by this Court on 4th December 2017 in Writ Petition No.744 of 2013, the time of four weeks was given to the 1/2 CAW-284-18.doc

Applicant-Petitioner to file such application. However, within the said period, the said application could not be filed, in view of the reason given in paragraph No.4 on page No.3 of the present Civil Application i.e. "Advocate had to immediately travel out of Mumbai for some urgent work and, therefore, he could not communicate the order to the Petitioner".

When the earlier order was passed on 4th December 2017, none was present for the Respondent.

In view thereof, the period for filing fresh application, as per the order dated 4th December 2017, is extended by a period of two weeks from today, as a last chance.
