By the impugned order dated 18.12.2015, the Petitioner has been directed to proceed on compulsory leave. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 seeks time to take instructions as, prima facie, no provision is pointed out with regard to power of the Corporation to direct the employee to proceed on compulsory leave. A communication dated 15.02.2016 issued by the Commissioner in regard to "not to debit earned leave" is taken on record. Stand over to Monday i.e. 22.02.2016. To be listed first on the board.
