When this Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the prayer of bail the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

However, having regard to the age of the applicant, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks a direction for expeditious conclusion of trial.

The applicant is stated to be 22 years to age. The victim was 13 years of age at the time of the alleged occurence. In these circumstances, it may be expedient to commence and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
