By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking to set aside the order dated 19.12.2016 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which Appeal from Order stands dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today.

7 caa761-17.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as Applicant is ready and willing to remove all office objections within four weeks, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order :

a.

Order dated 19.12.2016 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside.

b.

Appeal from Order (ST) No.19203-16 is restored on file.

c.

Applicant to remove all office objections within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

e.

No order as to costs.
