The application seeks condonation of delay of 1 year 312 days in preferring the first appeal against the judgment and award dated 1st November 2018 passed by the 2nd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibaug, Raigad in L.A.R. No. 127 of 2016.

By order dated 19th August 2023, notice was issued to the Respondent returnable on 20th October 2023. The record in the proceedings indicates that the service is complete and though the Respondent is duly served, none appears for the Respondent today. 11th January 2024
