Learned APP states on instructions that the aforesaid application filed by the State of Maharashtra seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the Respondents is rendered infructuous and will not survive, inasmuch as, during the pendency of this application, the trial has concluded and the Respondents have been convicted by the Sessions Court vide Judgment and Order dated 30th April, 2019.
