These Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Both the parties admit the contents of Consent Terms. Family Court Appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. Consent Terms be treated as part and parcel of decree. Undertaking given by parties in Consent Terms is accepted. In view of disposal of Family Court Appeal in terms of Consent Terms, nothing survives in the Civil Application No. 48 of 2018. The same stands disposed of accordingly.
