The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent No.2 to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 12th December, 2016. Learned APP, having taken instruction from Mr. P. N. Khandekar, P.I.(Crime), Warje-Malwadi Police Station, Pune, makes a statement that the preliminary enquiry would be made in the said complaint and appropriate decision would be taken within seven days from the date of receipt of this order and the same would be communicated to the petitioner. In that view of the statement, Mr. Chavan, learned counsel, fairly stated that the grievance of the petitioner at this stage stands redressed. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
