In pursuance of the earlier order passed by this Court, Mr.Bharat P Gerela, the officer of respondent no.1-the Konark Urban Co-op.Bank, Ulhasnagar, is present in the Court. Mr.Bharat P Gerela makes a statement that on the petitioners withdrawing his petition, all the documents, the subject matter of the working capital loan, would be returned to the petitioners. Statement as made by Mr.Bharat P. Gerela, Officer of the Konark Urban Coop.Bank Ltd. is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. On such assurance, learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioner who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. 2.
