Learned Advocate Mr.Kango on instructions from petitioner submitted that, address of Respondent No.1 could not be traced as presently she is in U.S.A.

It is further submitted that, the petitioner present in the Court and in view of the aforesaid circumstances, petitioner wants to withdraw the petition.

In view of above, petition is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed off.
