Learned Counsel Mr.Karan Vivan, was appointed as an Amicus Curiae, to espouse the cause of the applicant in the present application, which was sent by the applicant through jail. 2.

Both, learned Amicus Curiae and learned APP, state that the very same applicant has subsequently filed another bail application, being

Considering the aforesaid, since the applicant has also filed another Bail Application being Bail Application No.678 of 2018, the present application, being Criminal Bail Application No.263 of 2018, filed by the applicant through jail, does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.

It is made clear, that this application has not been heard on merits and all contentions of the applicant in Bail Application No.678 of 2018, are kept open.

This Court expresses a word of appreciation, for the efforts taken by the learned Amicus Curiae, in espousing the cause of the applicant.
