Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we find that the first semester of the course in question is already over and the examination of the said semester is also over and the second semester is started. In the circumstances, we recall our order dated 18th January, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 12296 of 2016. Reply of the Petition be filed within four weeks.

It is open for the Petitioner to apply for the admission of Vishal Parekar 1/2
