This is an application for extention of time in order to enable the Applicant/Accused to furnish PR Bond before the Court below.

Heard learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant/Accused. He has been released on bail by this Court on 29.9.2016 by directing him to execute PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- apart from furnishing one surety in the like amount. In the meanwhile, he is directed to be released on provisional cash Shivgan 1/2

906-APPR-50-2017.doc bail of Rs.15,000/-. It is seen that the Applicant had sought extention of time to furnish the surety by order dated 9.1.2017. Record shows that on 20.1.2017 Applicant/Accused had applied for furnishing surety. It is reported that surety furnished by the Applicant/Accused is accepted by the learned Trial Magistrate. However, the Applicant could not execute Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- within period granted to him by this Court. In this view of the matter, the following order: (1) Application is disposed of by extending the time to execute PR Bond in terms of order dated 29.9.2016 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.560 of 2016 for further period of two weeks from today.

(2) The Application stands disposed of accordingly.
