Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant. The applicant had preferred an application for bail before the Sessions Court, which was rejected, prior to filing of the charge-sheet. Hence, this bail application is disposed of with liberty to prefer an application for bail before the Sessions Court. In the event the applicant prefers such an application, the Sessions Court shall deal with the same in accordance with law. Bail Application stands disposed of.
