He submits that both the petitioners in the above matter have died and has also produced on record copies of death certificates of petitioner No.1, Mrs. Hirabai C. Parekh who dies on 18/09/2020 and Petitioner No. 2, Dintaben Rasiklal Parekh, who dies on 06/09/2019. At present, no steps have been taken for bringing legal heirs of the deceased petitioners on record. As such, the aforesaid writ petition stands abetted.

Since the main matter is abetted, Civil Applications, if any, pending in the above matter stand disposed of as nothing survives in the same.
