Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

The learned counsel submits that the offce objection could not be removed within time as the cause title of the proceeding before the trial Court was required to be corrected. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the application, the application stands allowed. 4.

The delay in taking out the application stands condoned. 5.

The order passed by the Registrar on 15th November, 2017 dismissing the appeal for non removal of offce objection, stands set aside.
