This is second application for anticipatory bail. Earlier application was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 4th January, 2019.

This application has been filed on the ground that the applicant has been suffering from the mental depression. He has relied upon the certificate dated 11th January, 2019 and the prescription with regards to the treatment. This issue was not raised when the application was filed before the Sessions Court as well as before this Court when the first application was rejected. 3.
