By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking a direction against the Respondent to pay the maintenance charges on or before 10th of every English calendar month.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Applicant and averments made in the civil application, we satisfy that the case is made out by the Applicant to allow the Civil Application.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- "(A) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to order and direct the Respondent to make regular monthly remittance on or before 10th of every English Calendar month the sum of Rs.7,500/- by RTGS/NEFT in the account of the Applicant.

(B) Civil Application is disposed off accordingly. (C) No order as to costs."
