Leaned APP submits that further investigation will be conducted on the other grounds, including the ground which the petitioner has raised in this petition.

We direct the Sr. Police Inspector of the concerned Police Station to carry out the further investigation under the supervision of the ACP of the concerned Zone. The further investigation under Section 178(3) of Cr. P. C. shall be completed within one month from today and appropriate report be submitted in the concerned court.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
