Learned Counsel for the Applicant, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw this application. She states that during the pendency of the present application, charge-sheet has been filed. She therefore does not press this Application and seeks leave to withdraw the same, as she intends to file an application before the appropriate Court, in view of the fact, that the charge-sheet has now been filed. 2.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the said matter and the appropriate Court shall decide the Application for bail, if filed, on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
