1] The learned APP makes a categorical statement that trial of the two Applicants is in progress and out of 9 witnesses cited by the prosecution four are already examined. Further statement is made that summons is issued to two witnesses and their evidence is scheduled on 24.11.2022.

2] In the wake of above statement, considering the fact that the Applicants are arrested in the year 2019, the Sessions Judge seized of 1/2
