This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with CR No. 315 of 2016 registered with Kurar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 332, 186, 504 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. First Information Report was lodged on 28th August, 2016.

It is alleged that the applicant had obstructed the complainant while discharging his duty. She had pulled the collar of the complainant who is police constable and two other persons had assaulted. The other accused were arrested and granted bail by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate 17th Court, Borivali,
Sknair 912-aba-232-19.odt Mumbai on 21st August, 2016. It is submitted that applicant was available at her residence whereas prosecution contend that the applicant was not available at her residence and attempts were made to trace her.

Considering the allegations attributed to the applicant and the fact that FIR was registered 2 years ago. Custody of the applicant is not necessary. Hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
i.
Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed;
ii.
In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with CR No. 315 of 2016 registered with Kurar Parle Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; iii.
Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station on 30th January, 2019, 31st January, 2019 and thereafter as and when called for till filing of chargesheet; iv.
Application stands disposed off.
