This is an application for intervention in Writ Petition No.5041 of 2015.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the the Intervention Application. The petitioner in Writ Petition No.5041 of 2015 is directed to implead the applicants as respondent Nos.2 and 3 respectively. The amendment to be carried out within one week from today and the amended copy of the petition be served on the learned Counsel for the applicants-respondent Nos.2 and 3 within the same periiod.
