Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned APP on instructions submits that post investigation in C.R. NO.269 of 2019 the investigating offcer has fled C-Summerd report. A copd of the report is tendered for the perusal of the Court. It is specifcalld incorporated therein that no offence is made out.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the ad-interim order dated 7th Februard, 2020 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.
