The grievance of the Petitioner is that the name of Respondent No. 5 has been recorded in two areas in one constituency. The learned counsel for Respondent No. 5 submits that the application for deletion of her name in one of the area has already been filed and is pending for the decision. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Respondent No. 5 is not the resident of the place from where she wants to retain her name. 2.
