Perused the order dated 23rd September 2015 in Writ Petition No.7347 of 2013.

In view of the said judgment and order dated 23rd September 2015, no relief can be granted to the Petitioner. However, we make it clear that it will be open for the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court for establishing her right.

Subject to the liberty granted to the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 23rd September 2015, the Petition is disposed of.

It is obvious that all the contentions of the parties are kept open.

Civil Application No.2286 of 2014 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
