The learned counsel for the Applicants therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Applications with liberty to renew the request for bail, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The Criminal Applications are disposed of, as withdrawn. The trial is expedited. Liberty to the Applicants to renew the request for bail, if there is no substantial progress in the trial after a period of six months.
