The Petitioner has basically challenged the order dated 25th October, 2018 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-1, Brihan Mumbai externing him outside the area of Greater Mumbai for a period of one year.

The record of the Petition does not show that stay was granted to the operation of the said order. The period of externment is over, long ago. Therefore, nothing further survives in this Petition. The Petition has become infructuous and it is disposed of, as such.
