These Contempt Petitions are filed for taking action for breach of orders dated 2nd July 2018 and 13th August 2018 in Writ Petition No. 14061 of 2016. Pursuant to the said Orders, the Deputy Collector(Resettlement), Kolhapur had already

2 / 2 5-cp-454-2021.doc passed an order on 12th February 2020. Pursuant to the adjudication, the amount of rental compensation as determined by the said order dated 12th February 2020 is already disbursed to the Petitioners. The Petitioner has grievance regarding the applicability of the G.R for the purpose of the said amount. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners are ready and willing to challenge the said Order dated 12th February 2020, as per the objections which were already raised by the Petitioner at the time of passing of said Order. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that Petitioners are seeking leave to challenge the Order dated 12th February 2020. 2.

No case is made out for initiation of action under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Hence, Contempt Petitions are dismissed with above observations. No order as to costs.
