Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that prosecution has examined all the witnesses. The evidence of Investigating Officer has been concluded and the matter is posted for recording statement u/s 313 of Cr.P.C.. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the prayer for grant of bail cannot be considered and therefore this application stands rejected. Since the matter is due for recording statement u/s 313 of Cr.P.C, it is expected that the trial would be concluded expeditiously.
