The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the Petition against the Respondent No.3 which has stood dismissed for nonprosecution on account of the conditional order dated 9/12/2014. The Respondent No.3 is the son of the Respondent Nos,.1 and 2 who are appearing through a separate advocate. It is the case of the Applicant that the Respondent No.3 is avoiding service. The Applicant is therefore seeking leave to serve the Respondent No.3 by having recourse to Order V Rule 20(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure by affixing the notice at the three addresses mentioned in the cause title of the above Civil Application. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. The above Petition is restored to file against the Respondent No.3.
