P.C.:- The Applicant was granted interim relief by an Order dated 30th July, 2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that the Investigating Officer, by its letter dated 25th January, 2019, has directed the Applicant to attend the Trial Court, as he intends to submit charge-sheet. He tendered across the bar the said letter dated 25th January, 2019. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In the said letter, the Investigating Officer has stated that, the Investigation against the Applicant is completed and the charge- sheet is being filed before the Sessions Court at Mumbai. 1/2

ssm 2 911-aba173.18.doc In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. The interim relief granted by an Order dated 30th July, 2018 is hereby confirmed.
