Learned APP has tendered an Affidavit of Mr. Prakash Vasant Bale , Police Inspector attached to the Aarey Police Station, Mumbai. The same is taken on record and a copy thereof is served on the learned counsel for the Applicant.

Learned APP states that the trial has commenced, inasmuch as, the Complainant's evidence is over. He submitted that the prosecution intends to examine about 3 - 4 witnesses. 3.

Considering the fact that the trial has commenced, it is not
