Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for State. This is an application in a disposed of Writ Petition for extension of period of furlough. The Writ Petition was disposed by Judgment and Order dated 29th November 2018. On conjoint reading of paragraphs 3 and 4 of the said Judgment and Order, it is apparent that the Division Bench considered the case of the applicant for grant of furlough for a period of 21 days but consciously granted

appw46.doc furlough only for 14 days. Hence, no case is made out for extension of furlough. Application is rejected.
