Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that the service was attempted to be effected upon the opponents. However, they have declined to accept the service. Petitioner shall file an affidavit to the said effect within two days from today.

In view of the same and for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Civil Application is disposed of.
