On 23rd October, 2018, this Court [Coram: A.M. Badar, J.] had observed 'none for the applicant when the application is called out for hearing. Even on 25th September, 2018 also, nobody appeared for the applicant. Hence, put up for 'Dismissal' on 1st November, 2018.

As a result, on 1st November, 2018, the advocate for the Applicant remained present before the court. Hence, notice was issued to the Respondents. Returnable on 14th February, 2019. Office note shows that the Advocate for the Applicant has not supplied the spare copies. Hence, notice not issued.
